Easter at this hotel was a wonderful experience! The rooms were spacious, with a color TV that had English programs, making it easy to relax and enjoy some downtime. The key location was perfect, nestled in the hills above a charming town, allowing for beautiful views and a peaceful atmosphere. And one of the best aspects was the breakfast, delivered to our room in a basket. It was a lovely touch to wake up to freshly baked croissants, baguette, yogurt, and juice - a delicious way to start the day!
There were a couple of drawbacks during our stay. there seemed to be some disorganization upon our arrival, with confusion about our room and a delay in getting the key.

Thanks a lot for a really comfortable stay, would love to stay here again. The location is great and stunning and the staff is courteous! What's more, it's a 10-15 minute walk from the heart of the city. The Michelin-starred restaurant is superb.

The location of this venue is beautiful, just a short walk to Chablis and a lovely park; the restaurant nearby, Tropicale La, was also enjoyable.

The spacious and clean rooms were accompanied by comfortable colour TVs offering a variety of programs in English. the location was great too, with easy access to key attractions and local amenities to enjoy during my city break. the breakfast hamper provided was delicious and enjoyable.
I'm afraid to say that my experience was overall quite poor and not worth the money I spent on this hotel. the reception area and staff service were disappointing, with no one in attendance to greet me upon arrival.

I had an absolutely amazing stay at this luxurious and comfortable hotel. The suite I stayed in was perfectly remodeled and decorated, creating a truly unique and creative atmosphere. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making me feel welcome throughout my entire stay. The food served at the restaurant was simply wonderful, and I even had the pleasure of enjoying breakfast delivered to my room in a charming basket. The historical significance of this place added to the overall peaceful and tranquil ambiance. I can't wait to stay here again when I'm in the area.
I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Location: the hotel is situated in a peaceful and picturesque hillside setting, providing a serene atmosphere for a city trip.
Service Issues: the lack of staff presence and poor communication made the check-in and check-out process confusing and frustrating. It was disappointing to find no one available to address our concerns or provide assistance during our stay.
